A few months ago Lucy and Gareth had a pre wedding shoot. It was during this shoot that I heard more about their big day.
Well, yesterday that day finally arrived and here is a sneak peek. More to come soon!
Diana and Omar get married in August and I can’t wait. For months we have talked about the plans and we’ve been to wedding fairs together so I have seen some of the things they are having. This makes me even more of excited because it’s going to be so beautiful.
They were both a little nervous about having their photo taken so Diana suggested a pre wedding shoot. When I asked if she had anything in mind, Stratford upon Avon came up in conversation so we could go on a rowing boat. Yes, yes, yes I replied!!!
On a lunch date with my Husband, I looked out of the window and saw a beautiful lake with a sailing club attached. I popped over there and they couldn’t have been more helpful. It was even more beautiful from the other side too.
A date was arranged and a very nervous Diana and Omar arrived. I hope you like the results.
My Husband and I were at a nice restaurant, over looking a gorgeous lake when I commented how nice it would be to do a shoot there. Fast forward a month and Diana emails suggesting we do their pre-wedding shoot on a rowing boat!

We were very lucky the weekend of this wedding, with the weddings both on Saturday and Sunday having glorious weather.
When we arrived at the Rectory Hotel in Wiltshire, we were shown to Charlotte’s room. Charlotte’s Mum was enjoying the pampering of having her make up done while her and her bridesmaid’s were enjoying a glass of champagne.
There seemed to be plenty of time to get ready but before you knew it, Charlotte’s Mum suggested it was time to get into her dress. Charlotte looked so beautiful and I went to wait with the nervous James downstairs to await for her arrival….
The relief I felt when the four (including Larry) of us stepped foot into this wood. The sun was spilling in between the trees which made it the perfect light to shoot in.
Larry was able to run around like a lunatic while Lucy, Gareth and I took our time and strolled through the woods, taking pictures now and then.
It was beautiful here in Bromsgrove and somewhere I would definitely like to visit again. I seriously can’t wait for the wedding next month.
When Nathan emailed me with the brief description of his up coming wedding in Wales I knew I had to shoot it! It was everything I loved about weddings, being held in a Tipi and was going to be in Wales where I am from! The bride and groom had planned a wedding day that perfectly reflected their personalities and I couldn’t wait to shoot it.
The other nice thing about Nathan and Laura was wedding photography was very important to them. They didn’t have budget in mind, they just wanted a wedding photographer that suited them, their style and someone they got on with. As you can imagine I was very flattered when they picked me.
When we arrived at Penybanc Farm our jaws dropped, it was stunning. Everything was in one place. The accommodation, the ceremony, the reception, EVERYTHING! Not only that, Nathan, Laura and their guests were making a weekend of it, they were getting married on the Saturday having the reception on Saturday night and then on Sunday they were having a BBQ to thank everyone who attended.
When we saw Laura she was so calm, you wouldn’t think it was her wedding day, her wedding guests in the room were eating sushi and we couldn’t wait for the ceremony to start. First, I had to help stick on her amazing lashes!!

Laura had two pairs of wedding shoes, one pair them had wings on them!!
